    Room is not clean n towel provide by hotel is not clean as it is not useful and shower is not working properly

    I was booked suit but they gave me simple delux room with broken iron bed and TV was not working , toiletries did not provided, no towel no soap, fairly hotel room was not even worth of 1000₹ . very bad experienced.
