Toilet paper wasn't available, phone wasn't working, staff behaviour was not good, especially of the receptionist, and have parking issues

Rooms and washroom were clean, but small cockroaches were crawling the walls. Complementary breakfast is just a huge loss there, they provided just paratha and poha. Not ready to give anything else. At dinner only 2 or 3 items, the restaurant services are not good.

3. पैसे के हिसाब से room thik nhi haiii i mean room interior shi nhi haiii kyoki room k gate k samne hi bed h too ye sbse bda mines point hai sooo average haii ye. the room is not good for the money. there is a bed right in front of the gate of the room. as soon as the gate is opened, the bed is visible and there was no water bottle in the room. i had to call again and again. average, not very good, okay.

Nice place to for couples, the staffs are very friendly, and i like the rooftop view, and the atmosphere feel a me that i am staying in my home, very peaceful place, highly recommended for bachelor's and new couples those can in-joy the roof.

Room is very nice and is as per shown in picture. Yummy breafast n good room service facility. Hotel is in centre of city n very convenient for sight seeing n shoping. Earlier booked for two days but extended for one more day.

Staying in that hotel was horrible, with no concept of hygiene, there were so many spit marks on the walls and curtains that were not cleaned, beddings were dirty with full of marks. Soaps provided in the washrooms were full of grime. So i will not recommend to anyone.

The stay was good. But the night staff was not good they were rude. Noon staff was quite corporative. Food was good at the hotel.

It was a nice stay but they do-not provide non-veg meal. That was a little disappointing. Rest all was fine.
