So stay was great room was good and clean it was big room with dinning table for 2 person and bathroom was good too only issue i faced was tv yeah tv was not smart/android it was dish tv and sadly dish was not working so i havto survive without tv so got lil bored overall stay was great except tv issue and no hair dryer or any amenities was in bathroom maybe they provide after requesting ( i didn’t requested)

Looks like dharamshala, not experience like hotel. No tv working, very small and untidy room, worst furniture. But food was good.

Decent and clean hotel. Not in the prime location though. Good for a short stay. Value for money. The only pain point is their check in time at 1pm and checkout time at 10am. This is certainly not a good thing and they would be reluctant to extend the checkout time. For business travellers this might be ok but for families this is certainly a big sore point. I have never seen such strange check out timings.

Excellent property. Value for money. Neat & clean rooms unexpected at this price. Good room service. A little bit maintenance is required on painting. Thats ignorable. Overall a big 5 star rating. Can be recommended.

Our stay in hotel loft 24 was good but i would say it is good for short stays and not long ones. Also the service was quote average. In terms of food quality was good but service was poor and also delayed. Also we had booked 2 rooms - one suite and one twin deluxe. Suite was good bit twin deluxe room was very small and had very small beds. We also asked the manager to change the rooms or atleast give us some alternate so that we can sleep peacefully but they totally ignored the same and said only you people have this complaint regrading small bed size and we cannot do anything for the same. We were a little disappointed and also we ourselves had to put the bedding on the floor beside the bed and then slept. So the owner and manager should be aware of the fact that guests satisfaction is a must in hotel industry and since we were travel-ling with a 3 month old child it was really hectic for us.

I have stayed 3 times in this property. The staff is cooperative and food, facilities are also nice but this time i have found that the washroom was not clean.

Good experience, food is good, interiors are very good and staff behaviour is nice. Highly recommended for this area. It is located in residential area. Surroundings are peaceful.

The beds were not at all comfortable. Mattress was too soft and it felt like we were drowning in them. Tv didn’t work even after calling reception twice.

The location of the property is fabulous, no disturbance of city/traffic. Easily one can arrive there. The rooms were properly clean and well maintained, sanitized. The hotel have a restaurant also which serves quality and tasty food. So no need to order something, you get a full package. Also the lightings of the room were superb ! especially the lamp and the full moon was visible from the window of my room. It's best for couples, because you get easy checkin within 3 minutes. All staff is very cooperative, especially the man at the reception. I had to give just one call and he arranged all the things within minutes. Definitely i'm going to book this hotel next time because i just loved the experience i had there !

The overall experience of my stay was good. Their rooms were very clean and well maintained. Just that the window is sealed and window glass is translucent so it was giving a feeling of suffocation. I also had a cold coffee at their restaurant which was very good.
