I stayed in standard room there, and room were clean and hotel was good. The best part of the hotel was there nepali staff which was very supportive.

If you want to feel like a prince or princess for a day, then you are looking at right place. This place will take you in the history, with awesome food and very polite staff. You will get aesthetic photos and reels for sure.

The stay wasn’t as expected. The property was not up to the expectations or as seen in the photos. The amenities and cleanliness was a big issue. Though the staff was supportive but couldn’t stand up to the mark. The food wasn’t good at the restaurant and was too highly priced.

Heritage property with good services. There were some mechanical glitches with ac but apart from that everything is good. Beautiful architecture.

It's a nice original haveli which is nicely kept and rooms and food were great. Swimming pool is also clean and enclosed and it is good experience staying there.

Breakfast - much below expectations. Very limited and mundane breakfast options. Over all i would give a big zero to the food and service.

People were nice, location is perfect, food was also good. Want tooth brush in amenity. Hot water was not hot enough.

Really liked staying at this heritage haveli. Rooms were clean and big. Staff was cooperative. Location is good. All tourist spots are close to this property. This is great property if you are looking for budget friendly heritage / royal property for family. Highly recommended.

The place was awesome with fine architecture. The staff was cooperative and humble. Location was near the market so can explore the city well. It was a pleasant stay overall there. Can have royal feels.

Best stay inside jaisalmer fort

This hotel is located just inside the fort and is almost similar to fort. The room are very good and clean, staf is very co operative and supportive. But the only problem with this hotel is that rooms are very scattered and you have to climb e almost double the height of a floor. Food is very costly. But overall the experience was very good and would recommend this hotel if you want to stay inside the fort.

Food price was on higher side. A diet coke can was rs 175- plus taxes. The chicken quantity was enough but it was without legs. Overall average stay. There was seepage in the rooms on account of old construction.

It is an excellent property to stay at, the most prominent thing is the humbleness of the staff. The only issue i faced was that the room did not have hot water running.

It was a great experience at mandawa haveli. One can experience the heritage vibe at affordable price with amazing food and ambience moreover staff is lovely.

It is a heritage property but not maintained to its best… staff is not hospitable…. And the entire ambience of the place is very dull.
