Location is good but the facilities are very poor. The lock system of bathroom is stuck and faced running water problem in the bathroom.

I had booked 2 family room but when i reached there then they asked to adjust in 4 different room at different floor and it was very challenging for me with aged family members and small kids.

The location is easily approachable. The staff was very helpful and supportive. The rooms were clean and tidy. Ac was fine with some sound effects.

Awesome hospitality, each staff was great, very welcoming and friendly. I loved the spa facility as well. Food was good and overall ambience was amazing.

I stayed in november 2023, stay was good with all basic amenities like geyser, towel, soap, drinking water food rate is nominal as compared to any standard tourist place overall a good stay

Like day didn’t provide the towel, staff wasn’t cooperative like we were girls and they didn’t helped us with luggage. In short it was a worst experience ever

Terrible experience at this hotel. The room was rather unclean and smelly, we didn’t even keep anything in the almirah it smelled so much and was so dirty. Washbasin was broken. Water was leaking from the geyser and ac. Even bathroom lock was broken. The only working thing was the tv.
