Hotel service is very slow. We had to call them for everything like towels, water etc and they were taking hours to get us anything.

Bedsheets and linen were smelling. Pillow cover was oil stained and dirty. Rooms were cold.

Rooms are big with good furniture's, but only 1 man for housekeeping at night. Water bottles are not complementary even at the high prices of hotel room. Linens were dirty and stinking. A look at the hotel and I did not want to eat there. Had to repeatedly call for dental kit, slippers and towels.

The room service is good. Service at reception is average. If you stay at Hotel than my suggestion is you should order food from outside or dine in at any good restaurant. Do not order food from Hotel kitchen.
