No cleaning no proper maintained room very bad experience staff are not trained proper no lift working there is no signboard of apple 9 hotel. There is signboard of hotel 28 keys.

Worst hotel- they don’t provide basic amenities like soap, shampo, towel, electricity, toilet paper, intercom, lift not working, tv not working any of room. Whole hotel are dirty, alcohol and cigarettes packets all around. Not for family, friends or anyone- 1 hotel with 2 different names.

The bathroom was not clean, the latch to open the tap was broken, somehow it worked, the window was broken, it was infested by insects, a lot of things.

Terrible Stay

Hotel changed me inr225 saying it was online booking. Bathroom unclean and in a state of disrepair. Flush did not work. No water during the night. No hot water available. Had to request for an extra towel as well. Overall very bad experience.

The hotel is not like what it is shown in the app. Room and bathroom was dirty, and do not opt for the breakfast room bcoz they do not provide it. Not gud for families.
