Staff at hotel rajasthan palace was extremely rude and was not friendly or helpful at all and talking about the property, it were smelling bad and dust was literally everywhere from rooms to dining hall

Location is near hawa mahal and shopping street, staff was very good, well mannered and very polite, room was neat and clean except kettle which was not clean, garden was well maintained and evening @ hotel was refreshing, food was good

I recently stayed at rajasthan palace hotel in jaipur, and unfortunately, my experience was far from what i expected. First, there was no parking space available, which was quite inconvenient. The rooms were disappointing, with poor ventilation and overall maintenance. To make matters worse, the bedsheets were torn, and there was a leaking pipe in the washroom right from the moment we entered. For a place that calls itself a “palace, ” the quality was severely lacking. Overall, my stay was not at all up to the mark, and i wouldn’t recommend this hotel based on my experience.

The property location was good, the ambience and appearance was also wonderful and staff was supportive. Vikram singh ji from travel team made our local and outstation journies very comfortable and easy. Food services need improvement as the timings are very rigid and not truly honored by staff as the menu says lunch timing till 2:30 pm but they don't accept orders after 2 pm as the preparation time is included in 2:30 pm limit which needs to be clearly communicated on check in or needs to be revised for the benefit of guests.

The property is neat and maintained and is well positioned in secluded yet in the middle of city. The rooftop pool adds to vibrance and garden below makes kids happy to run and play for a while. Rooms are ok, washroom fittings are well and nice. We will surely consider property in near future.

The restaurant is newly built. It is very neat, clean and all upholstery in the room and corridor carpet etc are very fresh and good. Rooms & bathrooms are quite comfortable and overall ambience of the hotel is quite good. Hotel staff is also courteous and good mannered. Food was ok and restaurant ambience is good. The hotel is newly built.
