Hotel does not provide room as per booking

They downgrade our room to a very small with broken bed. Only next day they gave us our booked room as per booking. Only food is good in this hotel apart from that every thing is poor. There is no parking but show this hotel even parking filter is on.

The hotel is in nice place and the staff behavior is so good especially shaym ji behavior is too good and the service is quite good but sometimes the room is smelly

Washroom flush was not working, lift was scary and no parking available. Paid rs 200 for parking overnight.

Hotel was not at all clean staffs were not cooperative a very bad smell was their in room. Just in one word i would say that should remove this types of hotel

Mr saxena was quite possessive due to his narrow philosophy. Though we have shared id cards of all the members still he was quite suspicious. Waiters service was fine.
