The room was good. However, the staff was not at all cooperative. They did not give us the toiletries and they were not much bothered.

Not a very good experience in the beginning itself. Parking problem even hot water wasn't available properly. Suddenly, cold water or maybe the water heater is slow. The attitude of some of the staff wasn't good at all. Some were good. Only the room was good. They just refilled the water bottles with regular water and said it was complimentary. It wasn't even bottled water

The stay at ratangarh place was excellent. Specially to mention cleanliness. To add would like to take names khusboo from taverns was excellent and was supper helpfull.

Deplorable service and unpleasant réception staff. A lot of noise at night because there are a club on the basement and louge on the rooftop. The room aren’t clean and the AC doesn’t work proprely. The breakfast is available from 9 a.m...

Although the rooms are clean and tidy, one of the worst staff behaviours i've come across. They dont even seem interested in responding to some of your queries. The receptionist (the one who covers the second half in perticular gives a damn care attitude about welcoming the guests. When we arrived noone even opened the door though hotel staff were right there, no one bothered to carry luggage. On top of that, he started throwing tantrums when we enquired about other available rooms since the room is on ground floor. The least he can do is to have some manners. The room we got was different than in photo, the photo had some sort of painting behind the bed but the room we got did had any upon asking he said no other rooms available inventory full while it was still showing. The room we got had broken jet spray, water was always on, shower temp changes every few seconds hot/cold(not sure if that’s a feature of their hotel. We stayed there for 2 days no one came once for room service/cleaning. Everything we asked the response was no. The day we checked out, we went to the restaurant on the 4th floor and had to wait for almost 20 minutes just to let’s us know what is available because apparently the waiter had to attend a call ! i understand people can have urgent calls but 15 mins? hotel ratnagarh palace, you seriously need to ups-kill your staff on customer behaviour. This is the least, one would expect in service industry.

The hotel and room was nice but the service is bad the menu is limited and the cost is too high. And even they refused to provide a glass to drink juice.

The cleanliness in the room was not good, the wash basin was also very smelly, there was fungus on the bed. Parking - parking facility is not available on weekends food - the food is a bit expensive and the food is both vegetarian and non-vegetarian if you are a vegetarian then you will have to think about what you eat.

Service is very slow and a very noisy place as adjacent to it is a cafe. Do not have enough parking space. If you stay, dint take the breakfast as the service is terrible and a full waste of money. They even host parties on the rooftop, letting outsiders in the property (mind you when the party is going on residents will not get anything to eat from the restaurant as it is hosting a party without prior notice to you)

So, the location of the property was good no doubt; the food was mediocre, it definitely needs improvement; amenities were also fine, nothing to complain about but the etiquette of staff needs instant improvement, they don't treat in good manner and have low people management skills. Taxis or cabs outside the hotel are also weird and they don't know in what sense they should be talking to you. Rest everything is good, good hotel room at cheap rates. One can definitely book the room for stay, but don't go with any good expectations they will fail to fulfill that. Also, their complimentary early check in and late check out is bluff.

All good…TV only for show,Recharge not done.Refrigerator also available without cooling you can use for heating the food.Roof restaurant also available with 250 ₹ chhole bhature.Building is obviously too good

Let's first begin with the location: the location is near to the railway station but local auto drivers don't know about the location and it's tough to find o la uber near jaipur railway station (for us it was worse because we checked in at 10 in the night) the allowed us to check out 1 hr late as we came in the night only (paid for the whole day) food i don't know as we didn't order. They gave a menu card but most of the things were very expensive but the good part is that they allowed us to order food from outside so we ordered from zomato next is the amenities : the bedsheets were not clean, they were stained the pillow cover was not clean too it was yellowish and dirty they provided tea coffee kit and kettle the floor was sticky (chip chip) i don't know how the bathroom was not that well maintained and clean the toilet seat was making weird noise the hand shower was not working properly the flow of water was slow and then suddenly very fast then slow. It was irritating also don't visit during summers the water in the taps and hand shower was so hot and when we complained they said they can't do anything it's due to the weather but other hotels have managed to provide cold bathing water in the same weather. . Also we stayed in room 104 the ac didn't work properly the whole night we complained about is as soon as we realised the problem they came and said now it will be fine but still it didn't work properly the whole night overall it was not a nice experience for us for the money we spent
