Very very worst hotel in the jaipur. everything is so bad . Cleanness is very bad. I was unable to sleep whole night due to mosquitoes. bedding is smelling bad. No water supply in washroom. shower is blocked and corriosoned. toilet seat is broken .and no hot water supply in bathroom. and light supply was disturbed due to broken wall slot key. And food taste was very bad . it was totally testless . no one picked up my calls on time. I complained about all these things to receptionist but she said that she can't do anything. hotel manager was not present in the hotel. I said to receptionist that I want to talk to manager but she denied that he is outside and he can't talk to anyone. I want my refund .

Hi i was stay last week. When i entered into the room i feel bad there is no room freshener and tap not working properly and coffee cattle not cleaned it is used by some others so we informed to reception thay changed my room but int-hat room also cattle not working there is no hot water for us it is a bad experience with this hotel

This was one of the worst hotels which i stayed with my family. You dont feel welcomed at this hotel. This first impression itself was bad as soon as you enter the room. It had a bad smell. Room was not cleaned properly. There was no exhuast fan in the bathroom. After that, when we started exploring restaurant, smiwing pool at the top and other places in the lobby, it looked like it was not cleaned since quite some time. Breakfast was very poor with very limited options and not so great test. We ordered food inside room and that too was just ok in test. Even after repeated request at the reception to clean up swimming pool, they did not paid any attention and did not cleaned it at all. I regret my decision to stay in this hotel. It looks like it is only meant for people who come there to drink. Never stay there with your family.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Where do I even begin? From the moment I stepped into this disaster of a "hotel," everything went downhill. The lobby smelled like a mix of mildew and stale air, and the front desk staff had the warmth of a prison warden. I’m convinced they have no idea what customer service means. The room? Don’t even get me started. The sheets looked like they hadn’t been washed in weeks, and there were *actual stains* on the mattress. I’m not sure what was worse – the broken air conditioner that kept the room at a balmy 85°F or the constant noise from the street, which made it impossible to sleep. The walls are paper-thin, so I got to enjoy the sounds of my neighbor's late-night "activities" in excruciating detail. Lovely. And let’s talk about the bathroom. Mold everywhere. The water pressure was non-existent, and the hot water lasted all of 30 seconds. To top it off, the towels were so scratchy, I felt like I was drying off with sandpaper. Breakfast? If you can call it that. Stale pastries, cold coffee, and questionable-looking eggs. I wouldn’t feed that to a stray dog. Oh, and the icing on the cake – they overcharged me. When I brought it to the attention of the front desk, they acted like I was inconveniencing *them* and refused to fix it. In short, I wouldn’t stay here again if you paid me. Do yourself a favor and sleep in your car. It would probably be cleaner and quieter."

Pathetic experience at the hotel and worst service by mmt. I didn’t check in the hotel as it was stinking with liquor’s, alcohols at every floor and room due to which i changed my mind to stay and now mm t is not refunding my money back.

Really shady hotel with dirty and old rooms. We got the room and it had mold, broken tiles, broken mirrors and dirty bathroom. Asked for switching the room and they kept saying they will give another room in sometime. After waiting for 3 hours we finally went down as it was 10 pm in the night and they said you can checkout and look for a different hotel. Really unprofessional and rude staff. Please avoid this shady hotel. Looks like the ratings are bought.

1- beyond terrible as we checked into the hotel we had noticed the room was untidy with stains and smell all over the room it was in no condition to stay there, also the hotel isnt a tiny bit family friendly as there was a bar on the roof of the hotel and the hotel was filled with drunk people.

It's good place to stay room are good well maintained. Bathroom clean restaurant is also there. Room is nice bed two chair sofa fridge working led with tata sky working led tv safety with electronic lock on door big almirah for suitcase all. It's good to stay here.

Staying at the hotel was an excellent decision. The hotel staff was very polite and very cooperative. The food was excellent and very delicious. The room was clean and hygienic and room facilities are in one call away from you. Don't go here and there prefer to stay in this hotel near the airport and station . Do visit there . Excellent experience 👌🤗😊
