Room was not clean, cigrate smell, no door lock in bathroom, no towels, ac water leakage in room

The quality of the room was supremely poor, the bed's headboard was damaged, the blanket didn't seem clean, there was just 1 soap worth 3. 00rs and no toiletries apart from the cheap soap. The only reason i'm not giving a lower score is because the staff let me keep the luggage in the lobby for some time. The staff was also not very cooperative. I don't think i'll book this place again.

1. Booked deluxe room paying 1800+200 gst approx but no single packed water bottle provided. 2. Ac not cooling the room 3. Suffocation room with some smell 4. Water jug provided which is dirty and no cap on it 5. Staff are also less responsible 6. Dirty room and bedsheet i think staying on station waiting room is far better than staying in polo victory hotel rooms worst hotel in my life.

The hotel is at a prime location at sindhi camp in jaipur with some shortcomings in its offering. 1. The family room is a specious room that comes at a high cost and has no towels and toiletries and a dental kit was given. 2. There was no tea kit given in the room. Nor they had delivered early in the room. 3. Bed linens were stained and didn't feel clean. 4. Room services were good. 5. No tea kits were provided nor did they serve tea early in the morning.

Dirty cushion, mosquitoes(macchar) in the room, dirty washroom, no towel, soap, shampoo, ac was not working.

Rooms are clean but service is not good they did not provide towel and soap after multiple reminders as well as complimentary 2 water bottle per day mentioned but that is also not available at the time of check in. Breakfast was included in our plan but there is no buffet system one option of breakfast and one time tea or coffee available that was not expected in breakfast. Property was quite clean but other things are not up to the mark i m never going to refer this property to anyone

Ac was working. it was like a old fort covered with denting & painting. room no 101 key was not working then changed. in bathroom self came out because of broken clip. shower water was going to switch board which is very dangerous 😳.
