Below expectations, not the worth the money spent for booking rooms are suffocating with no windows, no natural light. Hotel doesn't even provide soap to wash hands in washroom. No ro water given, you need to buy bottled water. Order 2 cup of tea, it wasn't even full cups. Located on a busy road, parking is an issue and it took 15 min to park in a dark basement.

Restaurant service is very bad. They served sour milk tea and cooled down butter toast and its price is too high according to the quality

Very poor management

Hotel hygiene was very poor, all hotel very smelly and washroom cleaning was not good. Their not good breakfast arrangement only provide one plate a loo pratha with curd only.

All rooms are suffocating. Not even a single window in the room to have a fresh air. Worst night in the hotel. Pls avoid to stay in this hotel.

They are very rude and try to cut jeb of customer, overall services are very poor. The hotel manager are talking like uneducated persion and the boy who set on reception they have zero iq level
