Stay was not good because the room was not same as picture, lights were not working and wc was very dirty and wifi of the hotel is not working in 3rd and 4th floor and due to this we request them to change the room and that took 1 hour for the same

I had a brilliant experience the staff is very friendly and helpful looking forward for more stays here soon. Tea is amazing and room service is super fast also the delivery is super fast and location is very amazing and market is nearby too.

Hotel in not well maintained, i was charged 300-400 extra for breakfast and only received poha and coffee, there is a shortage of staff in the hotel the room lock was not working well, almiras were smelling, minibar fridge was very dirty and not working as well, the swimming pool was in ruins. Overall it looks like once it was a very good hotel but due to lack of maintenance and staff the hotel is now in a very bad condition.

The rooms were not at par, i was charged for the complimentary morning tea. The breakfast wasn’t even good enough the aloo paratha was half cooked.

It was a very lovely hotel. When we visited, the checking in time was given very quickly. Complete care was taken of cleanliness. Every problem of the customer was solved easily and quickly. Facility of daily checking was also given, which I liked very much. They did not charge us any extra money for late check out. Thank you so much jagrati Ananta express

Property was not good too much electricity cuts this property need renovation taps bathroom bed every thing is either broke or not too convenient rooms are not cleaned tv not working fridge was broken even the room door lock is not working with the card
