Terrible experience at jaipur marriott hotel

I have deep anguish to inform that i checked in to jaipur marriott hotel in room number 248 on 10. 12. 2024 at around 5 p. M. Upon arriving in the room i noticed unbearable sound of music in the room. I complaint about the same and i was informed that there is a wedding party and the music is coming from that. I requested to change my room as i was extremely tired and needed to rest which was not happening due to heavy noise of music in the room. I repeatedly complaint about 6-7 times but there was no resolution of my problem. I went down for dinner at around 9. 30 pm and came back to my room at around 10 p. M. Still there was terrible noise of music in the room for which i was not able to sleep despite i was extremely tired. At around 11 p. M. I talked to some dy. Manager and he assured me to resolve the issue shortly. However to my utter dismay, the music did not stopped and i had a sleepless night. I am a regular guest to marriott group of hotels through out india but such inconvenience never happened to me. I really had a worst experience at jaipur marriott hotel and had a sleepless night due to negligence on the part of staff at various level in the hotel. Despite my repeated complaints, nobody bothered to resolve the issue or change my room.

The stay was excellent, we had a great experience and the staff was really co operative, only dining experience was not upto mark as there was a delay in service otherwise it was good

It was nice clean hygienic hotel; even with so many events in house or guest in house we never felt short of space or staff the floor cleaner rajesh was real help

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at jaipur marriott. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff was exceptionally courteous. The hotel offers a fantastic dining experience, and the amenities were top-notch. A perfect family getaway, highly recommended!

Had a very nice stay at jaipur marriott. The hotel is quite new and conveniently located near the airport, with a great pool and facilities. The breakfast and a la carte meals are of very high quality. Would definitely stay there again.

Property and food quality are good but my stay experience was poor. I booked deluxe king sized bed from mm t but i was allotted deluxe twin bed and room cleaning was not properly done

Food was very bad. We had dinner from in room dining. Chapatis were burnt and also both dishes one dal and pane-er both were bad in taste. What’s the use of spending so much for one night if u don’t get good food.

Service at the front office and restaurant is sub standard, like some 3 star hotel, doesn’t feel like one is in marriot, front desk is pathetic, they all must be sent to training on how to maintain basic courtesy.
