The rooms are good and spacious but the washrooms were not mentained at all, things like wiper toilet paper were not available or served by them. The room services related to food and cleaning was ok. The phones were not working we had to climb down 3 floors for all the requirements. Having said that the food tast was nice 👍 and the staff was coprative.

At ground you will get 10% of what in images were shown. Not maintained, dirty loby, dirty room, dirty bed sheet, stinky bathroom, they have nothing to do with hospitality.

Rooms and bathroom not clean. Even not proper hand wash and basic arrangements. Bed sheets were even not clean

Super bad property, experience is 10 times worse than what it seems in the photos. Lift doesn’t work. Water in the washrooms is not good enough to wash hands. Constant electricity cuts

Since i was a solo traveler and had some work in the amer area and an economic property so booked this property. But had a bad experience. The room service was not good, bathroom fittings were not working.

The property was not upto the mark, we had a deluxe room but for 3 rd person accomodation they provided one mattress with no actual bed. Hotel room condition was disaster, roofs paint peeling off, curtain falling apart.

Under budget, excellent room service, food also tasty and like home made food, mr. Vijay has a friendly nature and is a totally supportive person. Staff behaviour is also nice.

Pathetic hotel

When you pay such an amount just for a night stay you expect hygen & cleanliness. Toilet seat cover was torn apart the toilet pot. Bed sheets were stinky & derty. We had to ask them to change when we checked-in at 10pm at night.

The hotel is located in outskirts of jaipur city at the backdrop of aravalli hills & amber fort. Hotel is following all government safety protocol and guidelines for covid-19. Staff wear mask and front desk has sanitizer. All the rooms were clean and sanitised. Food offered at hotel restaurant is good but pricey and quantity offered is on lower side(special dal tasks etc, staff is well behaved and helpful. Perfect for family stay as it's in close proximity of amber fort.

It was not as good as I thought, the bedsheets were not so cleaned and the worst thing was the door of the washroom was broken. We had only tea in the hotel, it was also very bad in taste. I thought to leave the hotel after check-in but my friends forced me to stay there.
