The property is located in the centre of the city. Most of the places are near the hotel. We have not tried food much however breakfast was good with all the options available. Most of the basic amenities were there and service staff were kind and helpful.

The hotel is short staffed, even after multiple requests they will cater to you only at their convenience. There is no guy for luggage assistance, no body to serve you even water at the restaurant.

Overall stay was good, room was good, there cafe was good but only issue is with there travel desk team, i book a cab for a day to visit places but there driver very rude behaviour, doesn’t go to the places for which i have paid them and 1-2 times used abusive words in car

Small room size, no hot water and after calling multiple times attender did some valve release to get hot water but didn’t agree that problem exists though i had bath with cold water despite shower on hot side, faulty room door gate, ac cooling issue in the night, no attender to get luggage while checking out, cutlery wasn’t clean, plates, glasses were dirty in dining area. Lot of issues faced with amount of money charged, it can’t be termed as premium stay, pretty bad experience

While i found the property itself to be quite pleasant, my experience with the service was very bad. During my visit, i went to the ground floor restaurant but no one attended the tables were not clean. Unfortunately, the reception manager's response was not only unhelpful but also quite rude.

Front desk people are rude. had no manners of speaking. Even 5-7 star hotels allow food from swiggy and zomato, forget about cooked food. They denied chips and cold drinks inside. Such a stupid thing as even if a mother would be travel-ling with a kid, she’ll have these things with her. Anyways that could have been denied politely but they were rude and ill-mannered. Very small and dingy rooms. And very conjusted architecture. There’s always some random noises of people talking loudly in the corridor, yet no one to tell them to not shout. Very bad quality of toiletries. No one to attend the guests at hi-tea time. No tea/coffee availability at the time of hi-tea. Their rates are similar to 4-5 star properties but the quality remains as of cheap. Wouldn’t recommend this to anyone by who wants a comfortable stay.

I recently stayed at leisure inn grand chanakya and was thoroughly impressed with the overall experience. Here’s a breakdown of my stay: location: the hotel boasts an exceptional location, right in the heart of jaipur on m. I. Road. It’s perfect for both business and leisure travelers. Major tourist attractions like the city palace, hawa mahal, and jantar mantar are just a short drive away. Plus, the proximity to shopping districts and restaurants made exploring the city incredibly convenient. Food: the dining experience at the hotel was fantastic. They have multiple dining options, but i was particularly impressed with their rooftop restaurant, kebab-e-que. The food was delicious, especially the traditional rajasthan dishes that were bursting with authentic flavors. The breakfast buffet also had a good variety of choices, from indian to continental, catering to all palates. Amenities: leisure inn grand chanakya is well-equipped with all modern amenities. The fitness center was clean and well-maintained, which i appreciated as a health-conscious traveler. They also offer free wi-fi, which worked seamlessly throughout my stay. I found the in-room amenities to be thoughtful as well, including a well-stocked minibar and comfortable work desk. Services: the service here is where the hotel truly shines. From the moment i checked in, the staff were warm, professional, and attentive. They made sure all my requests were handled promptly, and even went out of their way to assist me with local recommendations and transport arrangements. The housekeeping team did a great job, ensuring my room was always fresh and clean. Overall: leisure inn grand chanakya exceeded my expectations in terms of location, food, amenities, and services. Whether you’re visiting jaipur for business or leisure, this hotel offers great value for money and a pleasant stay. Highly recommended!
