1)location- 5* 2) room 2. 5 * 3) toilet 2* shower should have mixer, toilet seat should be of better quality 4) passage 2* 5) lift 2* - wall paint is bad, floor tiles broken, lift speed should be at least 50% more. Electric kettle, locker should be provided in each room. Display window on each floor should be more lively. Hope

The hotel location is very catchy, at 500mts distance from hawa mahal, jantar mantar, city palace are located. It is inside jowhry bazar, so limelight is all time. The only drawback is time in traffic. About the hotel, it seemed to be an old hotel so as compared to new ones you will not find it well ventilated, furniture is quite old. The hotel was clean overall the experience was nice.

Apart from parking facility, everything was good. I got challaned while waiting for hotel staff to make space for parking.

Very much smell is there in whole hotel. Staff is so old i think owner doesnt do expenses in hotel very old hotel. Everything is so poor

5 - because of location and room condition. Staffs were good too. Only drinking water had bad taste. Seems to me not to water. But they claim it was ro. All fine.

👍 Good.Need some renovations.Like toilet door was not closing properly.Intercome was not working sometimes.Linens were torn so need new stocks.Doormats also needs replacement.Staffs were good & food was also good.

Bed smells i asked additional room and hotel charged me 3500 rupees for 15 minutes look around. I recommend this hotel must be penalized and i need refund as i didn't stayed here.

Terrible experience. Everything was old and dirty. No window, dirty bathroom. One of the worst hotels i ha have ever stayed at.

There was no basic facility provided by the hotel there was no electric kettle, room heater sleepers and cleaning was ok but food served in dirty plates over all the worst experience in that hotel.

Location wise the hotel is the best, room is well maintained but the bathrooms are very old, no proper service staff, the donot provide water bottles, they provide a jug, which is not refilled daily, one has to ask and that to is not filled immediately/by a certain time. Hotel has very friendly staff but the service is too slow. Had to ask for hand towel, which was provided next day, had to ask for dustbin, rooms are good but without proper service what good is the rooms

The hotel proclaimed itself to be a 3 ⭐..but it's not worth any star..The only good thing about the hotel is his location, however there are several issues which are as follows:-1. The room allocated to me look very dull with no window, no proper bathroom, torn and old mattress (photo enclosed), very old towels, no dental kit, no room water kettle, no tea kit, etc. The room was also badly located with lot of disturbance from outside voice. 2. The service of staff were very poor and they don't know English. I had ordered tea and they send it after an hour..Not a co-operative staff. 3. It is not really at all the amount they have charged for the stay.4. I would request you to please complain the hotel for the same and refund my amount as the same is no value to money.

Hotel require maintaince and breakfast was very limited, also need to maintain quality in breakfast specially in ch-ole bhatoore. Not stay with these intension like take a pix of food or room and give negative feedback with proof
