The service of purple orchid hotel is very bad. I went out to smoke in the hotel at 11. 30 pm but no one answered the hotel. The hotel reception was very angry with me. I left the hotel at 12 pm, the hotel management kicked me out of the hotel. Pls not show this hotel colorjet employee. This is a humble request. This is not appropriate please warn the hotel this is an important person very polite request. Pols answer

When i ask for my breakfast they said they hv only one complimentary dish available. Rough behavior. Never stay this type of hotel again

My experience was good, rooms quality and service was extremely good. Only thing that cheff was not available at that time. We have to face bit issue for dinner, otherwise stay was amazing.

The room was excellent although they cannot make every food available in their menu, i have to leave room on 4 pm and they said the will charge 1000- extra just for 5 hours of accommodation. So can't say they are flexible and co operative but it's a fine hotel and food which are available have a good taste

The stay was good. Near to the industrial area so its easy to reach at my work location. Room was neat and clean. Room service was good, food is also good. Overall all a comfortable stay

1. Hotel infrastructure and furniture was good. 2. Linen was not fresh, used linen was placed. 3. No cleaning in the room. 4. Property direction (mmt message) is incorrect. 5. Further, lift / elevator was not clean, there was lot of dust.

Location and maintenance

The hotel is located in a very unsafe locality and convenience is not available easily. And Maintenance is not at all proper. We’re given a very unhygienic room and the room was also have a mouse in it which made a big problem the whole night and the hotel didn’t helped us with our problem
