It's very good resort. You can enjoy nature with luxury. Food taste was good but options was less. Please update more food options in breakfast

The property didn't appear well maintained, there were a lot of marks on the tent cloths. The overall maintenance in the resort( grass and plants) was not up to the mark. Food standards were just average. We had a much better and even cheaper stay in a nearby resort( lohagarh) the very next day.

Not worth and not recommended to anyone. The place owners built it beautifully but the staff have rotten this place. Poor hospitality, extreme rude staf, no wifi, no hygiene, place full of bugs. Get ready for insect bites and infections at this place and staff lack basic manner at restaurant, housekeeping and spa. The management and reception never listens to u. This place is not recommended to anyone. It’s a red flag totally

Expo-red food items in room, expired food in breakfast buffet, unprofessional staff, no attention to detail on cleanliness, laggard attitude of staff saying - koi ni sir sorry ho jato hai bhul gaye honge. No pure checkin checks by the staff no responsibilities. Top management reflects how the team works as the director of f&b said sir galat ho gya so ho gya ab kya kaur sakte hain. If thats the attitude then why would the staff work. I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days booking grand luxury tent 2 of them for 2 families. I went to celebrate my brothers birthday which was not a surprise to him anymore thanks to the property folks. Property team doesnt even care if your celebrating anything, for them they gave u room food boas duty finish, they did not even work towards making u feel special. After spending my hard earned money i dont expect expired food items in room and during buffet spreads. I have photos and showed to property even emailed the team put it on hotel that they did not respond and hotel like i mentioned above is careless. By just giving room upgrade you cannot justify expired food, no in room service and unpolite behaviour by staff. No one needs 1 hour to get u salt for food, 3 hours for bath robe and 4 hours for umbrellas with a comment that when u asked for umbrella it wasnt raining!

Rajasthali is a good property. I enjoyed my stay. Food was good, live santoor music arrangements were good, pool was maintained, food was good, good liquor options. But for the per day amount we spent, some areas where i see some suggestions and feedback can be given; camel cart ride was available one day and was not available another day, few jacuzzi outlets were not working, the display of ac was not working ( so it cannot be controlled easily, in the play area games were there but with missing tokens, room gate was stuck ( not sure if it was bcoz of weather but every-time you need to call someone for help. And of course the same sort of property and facilities are available at a lesser rate. So like i said overall experience was good, but for the amount we pay it should be seamless service and amenities. For experience: 4 out of 5 for price : 2. 5 out of 5 for cleanliness: 3. 5 out of 5 for property ambience: 5 out of 5

The experience at rajasthali was one of a kind. Especially when family is the priority. A tent experience with a jacuzzi was phenomenal. Food was good. Absence of spa was a disappointment. Apart from that the ambiance was soothing to the traveller's eye. Great experience.

Property needs refurbishment

We booked a luxury tent for our stay but honestly the rooms and the property overall needs a refurbishment. The furniture has stains that cannot be removed. Jacuzzi has ants and stains all over. The tent size is good but the colour combinations used are very outdated. The runner on the bed was full of stains and doesn’t live up to the five star standards. The prices should be adjusted for the kind of property it is! food was good and the front desk team was kind.

Lately i visited this resort with my family for a one night stay. We had a very warm welcome and they gave us an upgraded room for our booking as well. The food was very delicious especially their authentic churma. The property is very big with peaceful environment. Only one issue that i faced was that we found so many nails that we found in the swimming pool which were very risky for my 5 year old who was swimming there. We had complained and though they made sure that there are no more nails but still there were. The staff was also not that professional which was expected out of a 5 star luxury resort. Overall i had a pleasant stay.
