I stayed in the suite, honestly i felt it wasn’t the value for money i spent booking it. The location of the property is nearby the main pink city, its close drive to reach out to places. It’s a neat and clean nicely maintained property, however there is scope for improvement towards handling guest relations. A very casual approach towards guest’s request was observed.

The hotel location in the city while coming form delhi and punjab is good, it approx in the center of the city so you can go anywhere equidistance in the city, b fast is good

I booked this hotel for a over night stay, what a terrible experience, they gave me small smoking room, it was hard to stay in room for 5min even bcz it was full of smoke smell, i asked the staff to change my room. But no one helped, i have paid 8000- rs to stay in a room of full of smoke smell.

Slow service, used towels, not clean, cockroach in the washroom, phone stopped working, gave iron without ironing board, cutlery was not clean, one day old notice for window cleaning

Rooms are badly maintained and require an upkeep. The breakfast was below average & even the breakfast area needs to be improved in terms cleanliness.

The stay was gud however rooms in the property have started becoming old. Switch boards stuck with only white cement, plug came in hand while unplugging the mobie charger. Food is gud, options are gud.

The location of the hotel is good. However the toiletries were not provided, had to request 3 times to have it. Breakfast area was too crowded, cleanliness not upto mark.

It was terrible stay, the staff was not cooperative enough, and it is very difficult to reach there and when i dial-led the number mentioned in the booking for assistance nobody was picking it up. Overall rating is 2/10.
