Firstly the resort was far away from city. While booking it was showing jaipur city centre. . When i reached the hotel in jaipur city centre. I came to know that my booking is made in jaisinghpura which is 22km from the present hotel. The hotel asked me to keep my luggage so that i can go out and explore jaipur in the mean while. They promised me to keep my luggage in locker room and gave me a luggage tag. On returning to the hotel found my luggage and laptop bag kept in the lobby next to the washroom. This was a very bad experience. After all this reached the actual hotel at jaisinghpura at 10 o'clock in the night. The road to the hotel is scary. On checking in the room found out that the rooms door has a big hole in the centre which is not covered and can be seen through easily. I was travel-ling with my wife. She got scared as this was compromise on the privacy. When i told the hotel staff about this i was curious by the reply they gave me. That sir no one will peep from this door. After all this when me and my wife fought with the management only then they gave us a different room. Also the hotel has its own kitchen which serves food at very high rice. One potion of biryani is 700rs. No outside food allowed.

Not good at all. Service is pathetic. All staff are unskilled. Make my trip charged too high for the property. Same day room rent was 5000.

It was a dead hotel, 1. It was on extreme cornered where cab driver denies to come, uber ola fails as the location is so untraceable 2. No toiletries in the washrooms, they say as per policy it's on call. Don't know why this basic things are to be called for? 3. Breakfast option was very limited almost repeat stuff only the good part was housekeeping who were very attentive and good at there work5. Swimming pool was extremely dirty6. Kids had no option to enjoy as there was nothing than pool which was dirty7. No spa 8. Gym was closed

This property is far from city so it's really peaceful. I enjoyed the morning view as it's surrounding are green and beautiful. Rooms are spacious and clean. Reception and room service is excellent. They should improve two things like providing valet parking and faster service in restaurant.

Property is rayed 4 star but stay wasn’t that much comfortable. Whole night a sound of knocking coming from the door. Cleaning staff entered just knock and used his master card for cleaning. Even not asked for cleaning. Food was below average.

The food was nice, and the staff was polite. We went there to celebrate our parents anniversary and they upgraded our rooma, decorated one of them with complimentary cake. Just this hotel is far away from ciry centre and breakfast options can be more otherwise the taste was good.

Property location is around 15-18 kms far from tourist spot. Food and service was great. Good view, lawn, swimming pool and clean rooms. Good breakfast menu.
