There is a lot of scope for improvement in service. I had informed the manager as well regarding there were no toiletries equipped in room. Some lamps were not operational properly. Eventhough renewed stay for next day they failed to update access card. Food quality is also average.

Toilet wasn't clean; toiletries were not made available until last; drinking water wasn't provided; the room telephone wasn't working and that created real issues; pillow covers weren't fresh and they were changed after intimation

Hotel ambience, staff and services were good. But there were some lapses too like water dripping inside the lift, hotel served food-other than what was ordered. The most unfortunate part was that after our check-out we had to spend few hours in the hotel lobby as there was still some time for us to board the train, but the hotel staff and receptionist did not switch on the ac of lobby while we were still sitting there.

Room was nice and cleaned, service staff was well mannered and supportive. There were available on 1 call. Breakfast and dinner was amazing. I stayed in crown plaza and bella casa and in low price you will get all the facilities here. I will highly recommend this hotel to other as well.
