The service is the worst, not providing all the amenities. Response time is too late. The only good thing was the staff's humbleness.

Need a huge improvement in service.

Very much delay in providing basic services like drinking water and main water supply to the bathroom. I had to call more than 5 times and it took 2-3 hours to provide such basic services. Terrible experience. The property is new and has good bathroom fittings.

We had pathetic experience with this hotel. They don't have staff for housekeeping, kitchen. For any complaint they have standard answer that we are new and we do not have staff. Rooms- very dirty, not cleaned at all, bedsheets very having shoe prints and hairs, used cigarette and wrapper were on floor, no room cleaning service available, windows were broken toilet and bathroom-, toilet was used, not cleaned, no toiletries proveded, there was no water in taps breakfast- they said our ingredients are finished, so can't provide breakfast and tea the room was booked with breakfast but they didn't provide it, at check out they confirmed for breakfast refund but didn't give and argued.

Not a comfortable stay, rooms are small, tv doesn’t work (only you tube can be played, no soap in dispenser, one wc flush button doesn’t work.

We reached the hotel at 3am. The staff anil chaudhari was very receptive and polite. Initially because of heavy rush, the receptionist allotted the very next room to the receptionist counter. Throughout the stay we were disturbed. However they were very cooperative when we told them about that and agreed to change the room. All the staff are new. The hotel is also new. Food is satisfactory but bit costly. This property is very near to the airport. The staff is cooperative and polite.

Good service nice hotel very close to airport terminal 2, new hotel easy to access from hotel to city
