Royal residency hotel is very costly and the cleanliness is pathetic. The washroom is very sticky and dirty. It seems thorough cleaning is not done ever. They refused to assign a room even though hotel booking was made. I had to argue and struggle in convincing the receptionist and wasted my 10 minutes before he allotted a very unhygienic room.
