The location is not good. Rooms are average for the price. The services are fine. Breakfast buffet was standard. The picture are not the reflection of the real property only the images look grand. No parking will have to park on the street. Rooms are not well ventilated.

I have booked royal suite with shahpura house. Checkin was very hectic and none of the staff helped. Didn't got any welcome drinks or greetings. So finally after so many efforts and argues with reception they managed to ready my room. I was with 4 years old kid and waited more than 5 hrs just to checkin. Going forward, found satisfying room but as i booked royal suite my signature amenities was missing from room and looked like i am basic standard room. After cross checking with reception staff, he said amenities are subject to availability, after asking what's the difference on basic standard room i. E deluxe room and royal suite was not able to answer. Stay was average. Not worth of paying that much money for royal suite.

I am a frequent traveller and i must say shahpura house is one of the finest properties i have stayed. Excellent location very peaceful ambiance top notch cleanliness every corner of property is eye pleasing and maintained. Whole interior is like a palace and trust me its like staying in a royal palace. Swimming pool is good and well maintained. Staff is polite. Breakfast was fine, taste was average. Rooms and washrooms are very nice

Property was well maintained and gave us a royal feel. However, staff/waiter was a bit rude at rasa. We have liked the cleanliness, above average food, royal walls/rooms. We have stayed in a royal suite which was aptly sized, clean washrooms with all toiletries in place. Complementary breakfast didn’t have anything out of the ordinary but it was decent. The folk dance in evening was good. Overall, i would suggest one day visit here. You can avoid breakfast and rasa restaurant.

The hotels location was fine, the person at the reception was warm & welcomed us in the day we checked in. The rooms were beautiful, clean & met the requirements. Food was good as well two things which sort of pulled the scoring was. 1. My son about 11 years old went to the restaurant after the breakfast apparently the buffet was closed he asked the waiter or the manager for a glass of water he was offered a glass of ice cold water, to which he asked them if they could give him a glass of normal water which they refused & told him that buffet is closed they can’t serve him water. I was taken aback by this. Secondly on the day we checked out the elderly person at the reception was extremely rude over an incident that just occurred before we left. The young man beside him offered me the feedback form & asked me to share my experience to which the elderly person at the reception told him not to give me the form to fill, he didn’t require my comments. I didn’t like the way he treated me. It’s a hotel built on grounds of hospitality & this close mindedness was a put off. Probably the person needs to be trained on open mindedness & treating people fairly.

I recently stayed at this lavish property, and it truly feels exclusive, providing a royal ambiance throughout my visit. The staff were exceptionally generous and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable. The travel desk was particularly helpful; their courteous service made local sightseeing a fantastic experience. One highlight was the rooftop candlelight dinner at rasa, where the stunning view of amer fort at night created a magical atmosphere. Overall, my time at this property was a remarkable and exclusive experience that i highly recommend.

It is not 5 star but above average 3 star facility. Both restaurants are really good. Housekeeping is effective. During power cut, there is trip and auto store does not happen. U have to inform reception about no power in room. Also zero flexibility for early check in or check out. All is o key except pathetic check in and check out experience

They are selling palace and restorent. Stay is average and food is good.

It’s average hotel having stay facilities. Small rooms. They operate with zero flexibility on front desk. They also have peculiar habit to ask you to sit in back side waiting area during check in and check out. In case u need delayed check out. They won’t allow even 30 minutes. Food is good at sapphire and rasa both. Aditya and bharti from both restaurants are good unlike hotel front staff. Remember hotel room light trips every power cut. If it does not restore in 10 minutes, u need to call at reception to restore it.

The food, while presented well, lacked flavor and was overpriced for the tiny portions. Drinks were mediocre and similarly expensive. Service was slow, and the overall experience didn’t come close to justifying the high prices. Definitely not worth the money.

Overall a very good property which is maintained very well. Awesome ambiance and really good room and food. Issues are with restaurant staff service and room service. Very slow and poor service. . Wrong billing and takes forever for basics

The overall stay was pretty good the stay gives you those heritage feels without a hole in the pocket the breakfast served is great the one thing that can be improved is parking the hotel does not have any designated parking and you need to find a spot in your own in the street which becomes a little messy specially if its raining else everything is great would definitely recommend to anyone visiting jaipur

Staff was amiable and very friendly foodn all services were excellent but i got 15% discount only in spa but no discount provided in food and beverage which is major things to worry as per what mmt promised not working on the field bit disappointed from make my trip side as per their plans i should have 15% discount on food beverage and spa. Not committed

Non functional switch buttons for fan and lights; room smells like someone rotted inside. It will never go away. The property is very poorly maintained. Its inlay good in exterior.
