Decent hotel with average cleanliness. Affordable stay close to the airport. Rooms are small but comfortable. The furniture and bathroom seem affected by time.

My check in was declined by the hotel as i was containing local id of mine but my finance has alwar id still they refused to check in after a lot requests also my payment is not refundable

Poor Stay

Room was smelly. Towel is in very bad quality and too old. Food quality is very poor. I ordered room in dining service and our total food and money is waste because after 1 bite, we are not able to eat food due to sour smell in paneer and dal tadka. In bathroom, hot water was not come and even after 2-3 times i call reception. But no one came to resolve the problem overall bad experience

The rooms which were allotted to us, were small and bit crumpy but had a dining area with abundant windows and lights which gave the overall room experience a bit above average. However, the service i should say needs good looking into. Even after repeated requests for room cleaning, the upkeep service was not available. That was a very bad experience for our jaipur stay. Further, the food was again nice, i cannot be over ambitious to say good or very good. The location of the property is not bad though out of the main city. Hence, my overall score for this property will be a 5 out of 10.

When we checked in, the room condition was too poor. Fungus on wall and damped room. Room was smelly also. And when we used the bathroom, there was no water, flush didn't worked properly.

Location is good with adequate parking arrangements. Room is spacious and clean. Food quality is good however complementary breakfast has limited options. Staff is courteous. Overall stay was comfortable.

We had stayed at this hotel previously. It has nice rooms, good food and pricing to airport. However, this time we booked through makemytrip, and the hotel gave us a very bad room. Even the ac was not working properly. Fortunately, we had booked an early flight out.
