The hotel is pure veg which was not mentioned on the mm t page, because if so i would not have booked the same. Limited dinner options, 1 snack option only. If i am paying for a dinner buffet then it should be a proper dinner buffet and not like we will make one dal and sabzi. Room was okay, staff was polite, respectful, and friendly and seriously that is only positive about the stay.

The room was clean, the staff supportive, and breakfast options were good. I also appreciated that outside food was allowed. However, there were two drawbacks: 1. The rooftop was not operational during my stay. 2. The lift required a keycard for floor access, which felt a bit unusual.

The hotel staff and food was not up to the mark specially in line with the amount that i paid for. The amenities were ok including the hotel room, size of the room but things could have been better. Done.

Excellent location and food also tasty and good staff behavior but need to improve in service (like do the service faster)and forme disappointing is rooftop restaurant is closed they will mention it's better overall a good experience

i booked 2 rooms at shakun from 13/9 to 16/9. 3 nights. it is truly a 5 star hotel..the rooms are perfect..my parents loved the hotel. the hotel breakfast buffet was amazing. they had live counters where we could order dosa and uttapam. also they have a variety of foods. the food was good and on top it was pure veg which we like. the hotel has a swimming pool which is also good. the gym needs a little bit of maintenance. i would request hotel to have a kids room where they can play board games or indoor games like table tennis. i will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family members. keep up the good work. 🙏🤘

The staff is very conservative. They don't allow guests in the room even after submitting their identity cards i had never seen this type of behavior before
