This property is on the outskirts of jaipur. The road to the hotel is in pretty bad shape. However, the property more than makes up for it. We were welcomed by the staff with a tikka on the forehead and a welcome drink. The check-in process was quick and seamless. The rooms are neat and clean. They also did a little decoration for our room as it was our anniversary. The breakfast spread is also very good. Overall i would rate the property a 4. 5. The deduction of 0. 5 is only for not including the activities they provide with the room tariff. You're already paying a premium for the room, so the activities should be included within that.

Major issues faced in devi ratn- 1. Smoking was in open, no enforcement of smoking zone by security guards. 2. Pets were allowed in dining area which is highly unhygienic and uncomfortable for most of the guests. 3. Restaurant was congested, had to wait for seats, uncomfortable for senior citizens.

Very beautiful property with amazingly supportive and helpful staff. The food was very good as well. The activities for kids and for elders too were quite adventurous. Had an amazing time and would love to visit again soon. Special thanks to mr. Subham & ms. Jasmine for making my kid feel comfortable while at the restaurant by engaging with him while we were having our food. Kuddos to the complete team of devi ratn for making my stay the best so far.

Very nice especially hospitality. High tea was a great experience with performances. Also the rooms were quite spacious and all the staff were always greeting and smiling which seems so nice.

We recently visited devi ratn, jaipur and let me tell you, its a fab property. Not only that the hospitality was out of the world. We were travel-ling with our baby for the first time, and as a mother i was so concerned about the hygeine of rooms and his food and bottles and everything else. But the hotel provided us with the best of services, i mean i have no words how well they treat babies and each n every staff is soo soo soo couteous! i am so happy that we chose to stay here. If i can, i would want to go again and again to them. Lots of love to them all.

The property is amazing and has lots of good activities to offer for the tranquil stay. The rooms are amazing. The one thing we found needed improvement was food. The pan asian oriental restaurant was good, but vyom restaurant food could be improved for the selection hotel it is.

Property is too good ... very friendly and humble staff . I have booked stay for a day for my parents and they really njoyed . Overall ambiance , pool , spa very scenic... my toddler too had great fun . Later evening we had dinner at Vyom restaurant and I must say food was delicious and will surely recommend further .

Rooms were not at all of any five star hotel catagory restaurant serving stail food one cannot eat my wife had acute stomach infection there kitchen should b checked by food department they are spoiling name of taj brand

The stay was pleasant, the property is beautiful, with expansive area and modern design and architecture. Rooms were spacious and well equipped. Food was great too. We stayed for a team event and enjoyed all the extra curricular activities as well.
