I booked this stay thinking the location is great and the property would be great too. But it was a horrible experience for me and my family. We booked 3 rooms as we were 6 people and each and every room had some issue or the other. The tv didn’t work in any of the rooms. Toulet seats were broken in 2 of the 3 rooms. Beds were uncomfortable. The bathrooms and its equipments were not even clean. The amount that they charged and the services that were provided were pathetic. Wouldn’t even book this stay even if it was half the price. Overall a terrible experience

The hotel was located at a good location. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Rooms were also clean and tidy. Overall, had a great stay.

Washroom had so much foul smell despite exhaust working 24x7 at full speed, no tv reception during our stay, parallel construction work during the whole stay made it all dusty, no wifi service during our whole stay. Not much options (maximum 2-3 varities only and no salad or fruits, even juices were not fresh ans were served maaza instead) in the breakfast and dinner buffet (better to opt for room without breakfast if you like variety in your food.

No toiletries were available. 2 bedrooms were positioned with one door and made 2 different rooms. Pack of privacy. Drinking water was of local brand- "brislary.

I was here with my wife and kid for 3 days. Very much satisfied with the overall experience be it food, service or the overall ambience. Food here was quite good. Staff service was quick with the guys only a phone call away. There was cooling issue with my room ac; on contacting the hotel staff they were quick to respond to this issue and we were provided a different room. Major view points are near this hotel like jal mahal, nahargarh fort, amer fort and jaigarh fort. Would definitely recommend this stay to anyone going to jaipur.

During my stay at the hotel, i found it to be exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Its location was perfect for my needs, offering easy access to all the tourist points in jaipur. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my experience even more enjoyable. Considering the quality of service and facilities provided, i believe the hotel offers great value for the price. Additionally, the food was delicious, adding to the overall positive experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting jaipur.

The hotel was amazing. I have never experienced service like it. A special thanks to everyone at the hotel staff who are taking care of us for everything during our stay the staff are so amazing with politeness just like a 5***** staff and specially recommend their food was an incredible test. Overall service was excellent and our stay was amazing.

Overall an average mid rate hotel in a lovely area for sight seeing. The advertised top floor dining & chilling area was run down & abandoned with the exception of some monkeys rummaging through rubbish. The wifi nearly non existent in room. Room was ok but nothing special. We are travel-ling by motorbike with no set agenda. If we like a place we’ll stay 2-3 days. We moved on from here after 1 night

Hotel was nice and located near to jalmahal and amer fort. Staff was also very supportive. But the family suite does not have any view. As it's the most expensive and big room it should have the road view atleast. Rest services are satisfactory.
