This is not hotel, this apartment type, they have poor room dining services, not supportive staff, room cleaning is chargeable.

We were staying in this hotel in a group tour, at night we came to the room from a party at 1:00 pm, the room lock did not open, The master key of the room was not with the care taker. I sat in the lobby until 4:00 pm waiting for my room to open.

It was the worst experience. it really a worst rooms provided by them they show u the picture of the fern habitat and gives u the top floor room. The room was so dirty. No room service is provided. Bottle is re filled with ro water. Bedsheet. Bathroom. Everything was dirty. Kettle is broken. Not even network are their. The take extra charges after booking amount. No reception was their u can call on the number given in your voucher. A man came with a register for entry. I think in this amount. U can book another hotel.

Bathroom was not upto the mark, slippers, dental kit were not provided at first, no utensil in the kitchen, wifi password was not shared

Room was not clean, bed sheets were dirty. Can see birds droppings onto the window from inside. Sofa were not clean. Only good part is the breakfast which they given access to the ferna habitat restaurant

Very very bad experiance. Why make my trip tiep with this service provider? no one available in reception area. Service boy came after call. After recieving a key no one came called for any issue. Please don't go with family. No secure for family drinker stayed in hotel and made noise. Very dirty and unpleasant area. Please go with another option. Total wrist of money

It was not at all a good experience. The property managers will ruin your experience for 100-200 rupees. If you are staying at this property, don’t talk to the management or ask anything from them, they will give you wrong information for their profits.
