The hotel is worst and it’s not a hotel it’s a just resident budding and they are using that for hotel. There are so many issue and problems i am not happy at all

Place is good compare to any any hotel single room. Host is so welcoming. Take care of all the small stuff. Great personality.

Worst experience i have ever had. I faced prblm while check in. The contact person no. Which is written on the booking invoice is cancel-ling my phone call. After that i text him that i have a booking then he called me wait for 6-7 min person will come to you and he will help you to check in. I call him he is not picking my call. After 2-3 call he pick and said i will reach to you within 5 min still he doesn't came. In this whole process i got check in after 50 min. Then the room cleaning was not still complete he is doing in front of me. Bedsheet are not properly done kitchen sink the water is leaking and water logged at the entrance door. Utensils are not cleaned my full amount is waste. I never recommend this place to anyone. Cleaning i will give 0 marks check in 0 marks i left the property with in 2 hours i call my friend i stay at his room.

Amazing experience inside room nice kitchen property u managed in that room easy for guest to cook and eat accordingly to their own choice great management of hotel but pool is not okay no music sound and behaviour is not good of pool boy

No person at site was available, i check in around 12:40 pm, waited for 40 mins & after that there was no electricity connection in room for that also i waited for half hour and did almost 10 calls to staff

I checked in with a friend. This place is like a hostel on top of a hotel. The reception at the hotel refused to acknowledge us. The owner gave us a number - despite the request for early check in he made us wait for an hour even after standard check in time all the while saying his maid was cleaning the room. Finally when we got the keys the room was filthy. The maids came to clean the room with we perched on top of the bed with our belongings the nightmare did not end. The owner never came to check our details. We sent them on watsapp. He was rude and even threatening over the phone. Nevertheless when we checked out we were told to hand over keys to the nearby room ! we did the same and a couple of hours later the owner started calling us on our phones saying we had broken his door ! the whole thing felt like a scam ! this was my worst experience ever with makemytrip and i m a frequent traveller. I would suggest make my trip to look into the issue
