Everything was ok except for the quality mattress. In my booking room one side mattress is torn. The quilting of the mattress was shrink so very uncomfortable in sleeping because i feel the spring of the mattress in bed.

This property is a real catfish. Completely different from the pictures. Faulty toilet seat, dirty bed sheets, wall paint is falling, unprofessional staff with no basic etiquette, dusty furnitures, no towels in the room, dirty bathroom tiles etc. Feels like the room has not been mopped since ages.

Stay was good and the food too but when they served complimentary breakfast they said you can only take one type food for all guests and the food was not up to the mark also. I stayed in many hotels n resorts they have a buffet system and you can take any disk with unlimited times. It’s a turn off for me n my family. Is it okay

Not worth money it charged. Unhygienic. Tea starts at 8am. Only poha in breakfast. No soap. Not clean.

I have stayed their earlier in 2022 and at that time it was very good neat and clean and perfect to its price but now they have not maintained it properly and the property is quite damages like in my room the bathroom door were not closing properly and there was no locks in door the curtains were falling and room service didn’t care to put it right so now it is an average stay

The room was very dirty, there was no water supply and power supply also disconnected in night which didn't connected till 5 am so we left the hotel 5 am in morning. Very pathetic experience, third class hotel.

The room is not clean and also the washroom door is broken and also the bathroom is not clean. And check in or check out experience is ok. Staff was friendly but the room is not good and even mirror is not available in my room so that’s why this time the experience of the stay is not good at all.

The rooms were very dirty. Nobody had moped the floors and so there was a lot of dust. Basic toiletries like paste and brush weren’t provided. Additionally the bathroom bowl had no seat and was not hygienic. Despite asking the staff to clean the floors, they still did not do it.

Pros: the hotel staff are kind and easy to approach. The room service attendance is awesome. Cons: the food is overpriced and not up to the mark. It's very spicy and very very oily.

Bad experience staying in townhouse. Unprofessional staff. Unclean room, no towl, toilet flush is not working properly. I wonder how makemytrip is still recommending this hotel.

Location was nice stay was comfortable but staff was okay okay they don't allow outside food but their hotel policy clearly mentioned outside food is allowed.

Location is good, can reach from station easily, good cafe just below the hotel, can eat at other restaurants nearby all in waking distance. Hygiene was not that great but in the price range it was ok. Washroom was also ok ohk, again it was good considering it as rs 1800 stay. Food was average, can eat if you want to eat at room but if you going out do eat outside for better experience. Staff was good. Non judgemental. Understanding. Can stay with comfort. Security is fine. But can be improved by adding a guard additionally. Cctv is installed well so that's a plus. Regarding functioning of equipments it was working fine. Room service was good. Hot water was available.
