We had a wonderful time in sarovar portico. The staff hospitality was on point. The breakfast buffet was always very good and had a lot of variety. The property was very clean and well maintained and had a good heritage vibe. Thanks

The property is good. Rooms have centralised ac which makes it too cold, called reception for help but nobody came to help. Breakfast needs to improve. Coming to good things, property is beautiful and clean. There is live music going on many times & puppet show in the evening

We wanted a room upgrade as ours was twin bed and it wasn't comfortable for 3 people 2 adult one child of 11 years but they did not try anything and refused upfront also for joining the bed we had to give them the idea to do so and that after the permission the person did the same. Solutions should be available being in service industry.

The staff took 3 hours to come just for broken fridge and broken appliance. They don't change the room service and for 3-4 i was running behind the hotel staff for basic things. It was very poor service and certainly i wouldn't recommend to anyone. Terrible hotel terrible rooms and terrible staff

Centrally located great ambiance their restaurant flavors is very cozy with good variety in their menu food is very tasty rooms are large and neatly furnished room service is very courteous overall an excellent stay

The property is decent but the treatment and behaviour of the hotel staff is pathetic. They don't have any empathy towards the guests, they are full of themselves as if we are staying there without paying the bills. The breakfast buffet was tasteless.

Rooms were not the same as shown in pictures and food was not fresh and upto the mark last night dinner was pathetic we were not able to have food taste was bad
