The property is decent but the treatment and behaviour of the hotel staff is pathetic. They don't have any empathy towards the guests, they are full of themselves as if we are staying there without paying the bills. The breakfast buffet was tasteless.

Rooms were not the same as shown in pictures and food was not fresh and upto the mark last night dinner was pathetic we were not able to have food taste was bad

Location, food quality and staff response was excellent, hygiene ambience were at par, i book two rooms for my family, facility mang er allotted room no 501 & 503 both were interconnected after opening of interconnected door it was like home, thank team keep it up

I think make my trip bookings are given average priority, they are given average rooms. My room had no ac control, it was either on or off, layout of room didn’t befit the price, after complaining they moved me to a better one. Good from hotel staff, they listened to customer food is expensive, low in qty. But tasty. So the mixed rating, they can do better with the room

Comfortable stay, clean rooms, professional staff, good amenities. The range of items at the breakfast was good, there can be some improvement to make some items a bit. ” well located near transit hubs and market. Really nice ambience and beautifully done interiors. The vibe is very good, food is amazing.

I found priyanka very nice humble. The sevice of room and cleaning is very satisfying. I want to suggest that counter of food veg and non veg not to be at one place but be at different place. There is scope to improve quality of food. Rest all is ok.

The property is close to shopping hubs like johri bazaar, bapu bazaar and minutes away from the railway station. Buffet breakfast was elaborate and staff attentive. Room was clean and we could do an early check-in. However room service was a little slow and they apologised for it. All in all a comfortable stay which was value for money

The reception and duty manager was not cooperative and their behaviour was adamant in nature and were saying strictly no for any request. I think they are not qualified and not completed hm course. As per my opinion, the trained staff should be appointed minimum at reception they should be trained to facilitate the customers.
