It was terrible experience in terms of service, hygeine, pricing. They are not worth of even for rs. 2500- in terms of room tar-riffs but they charge double of it.

Cleanliness not there

Cleanliness is not at all in the hotel and there was no wifi service, will not recommend this hotel, cost should not be more than rs 2000, i paid rs 4500

1. Parking at owner risk (it's first time a hotel which mention it self as a 4 star have put this on parking lot. 2. The room are old and not clean 3. Food ( the quality of food is really bad, in breakfast there are very less option. 4. The restaurant staff is really rude n full of ego. Think 100 times before booking this property yes one-thing is good is the location ( you have many more hotel option for the same location)

Very bad property and with zeroooooo clealiness, smelly rooms, heavy water leakages from ac and even on informing the reception and house keeping, no cognizance is taken. Even front office staff is very bad. My entire jaipur stay got ruined because of this property. The hotel preffix doesnot suit it.

First the rooms were full of dampness, untidy and disappointing, bathrooms were in bad shape, frequent power cuts for multiple times, short on staff, and the rack rate provided by the hotel was much less than what we paid, feel like we were duped.

Nightmare experience, after changing 2 rooms for unhygienic reasons it started flooded water just outside our room and reply from hotel staff is not acceptable at all.

Food is okay not good as i expected. Bathroom size is congested. Staff behaviour is not good as much expected. Light of the room is very low and deam. Overall experience is not good.
