Not good and having a lot of problems

Room are bad and poor hygiene. Bedsheet are untidy i talk to hotel and customer service but they did not provide any help

The hotel is well maintained for solo or couple travelers. The rooms are neat and clean, the only point the bed sheet are not cleaned after asking to staff, they cahnge the sheets.

The rooms were neat and clean. The behavior of the staff was good and polite. Staff service available for 24 hrs. The food they provided was very good and healthy. All over it was a good experience to stay in this hotel. I stayed for 2 days.

The hotel was pathetic. In all rooms there were oil stains on bed sheets and comforters. I have booked 5 rooms. All rooms were having stains on bed sheets and comforters. Staff was even worse. Please don't visit again. Such a terrible experience

Breakfast food item is limited. Not so much variety

The food was good. The room was clean and neat. Only one complaint, we forgot some items in the room. But they haven't told us even when we reached the hotel again.

Terrible Stay

I was there only for a night with my family. No welcome the receptionist offered me an upgrade room but i felt it was a pathetic room there is no single ventilation and the bathroom size is very small and also room size very less. I never suggested it to anyone to stay @ the vienna the boutique hotel. It's not a family hotel please don't come with your family. You can feel and hit yourself while walking around the room as well since the space is very small.

Location ok. Not 7-8kms from city. Complementary b'fast even-though no much choices but quality is good and menu changes everyday. Room service ok. Supportive staff and efficient. Premium room doesn't look likewise. Restaurant well managed.

Great stay, calm location, family friendly

Booking details: booked 2 premium rooms for 6 people and an infant. Extra mattresses were provided but rooms were just right to occupy 2 mattresses but not big. Good interiors with digital locker and facilities like on demand kettle, iron etc. Staff behaviour & room service: staff was very polite and helpful and was aptly attentive. Kitchen&food: although we didn't opt for complimentary breakfast, their snacks quality is good as they have their own coffee company cafe on the ground floor. Location: location is not at a prime location but within reasonable distance and at a calm place just right behind the bypass road.

The most terrible thing was mattress which was so bad that you can not even sit properly on it and you can not have anything in room not even water before you ask for it.

I booked this stay by mistake as the location was not according to me and when i asked just after 5 mins after booking the stay to refund they didn’t respond till the next day and then denied the request
