The very ambience of the resort is excellent, very close to sand dunes. Tents are well equipped for summer and cold winters. Hospitality and food are also wonderful.

Non cooperative staff. 1 booked for 2 nights but due to some issue i did check out on the first night. But they dont understand my problem and charge me thee m full

The profile says it is close to seam sand dunes but the property is actually very far off from seam and is even before kani village. Although the tents are ok but the real feel pf the desert camping is not that great. The nearby dunes are l overly and untouched which is a pro. The evening function eventually turned out to be a private party for the people know to the performers and without giving a damn about other guests. The food quality is great and the prices considering the resource scarcity is very well placed.

Nothing is good in this resort except the cultural programme. The food quality is so bad. In the name of camel safari they just make a mockery! there are better options available if you want to explore the desert!

Some highlights - food was good the dogs entered in the tent twice in the night location is good nebhours were playing loud music entire night. Not sure if i can blame property for that. Folk dance and other arrangements were good

The property is really good near to sand dunes. The food is simply awesome. Though i am from jaipur only but i never ate that kind of bati before. Totally worth it. Staff is also very cooperative and polite.

It was a nice location. Ambience is good but tent clothes needs to be changed. Food is good too but there is still room for improvement. Dinner was good but it should not be repeated. So i would go for 4 star rating. Thanks. No thanks

Badly maintained property

The resort is close to sand dunes (about 0. 5 kms) and is been operational for over 8 years. The tents were unclean and food was terrible. The staff are understandably untrained and have no knowledge of hospitality. The occupancy was less than 50% when we stayed here dc 18th bed and bathrooms look unhygienic. We didn't feel like taking shower looking at the bathroom condition. We ended up using own towels and bed linens. The cultural program was about ok. Food is a big let down. Should have focused on taste and hygiene rather than number of items. It could be the same condition in other tent resorts too. It would be wise to stay in jaisalmer and do a evening sunset trip to near by dunes rather than staying at the tent resorts.

The resort is wonderful, placed very close to the sand dunes. The staff is good and provides all assistance and help. The food is fine but on a little spicy side. The jalabis in breakfast are a must have and awesome.
