The hotel was absolutely overpriced and the location was also not good. I had booked suite room, but it was totally dissapointing. Food variety was also limited and breakfast menu average. Only plus points, staff were very good and food was delicious. Overall not recommended at all.

Small hotel but rooms are quite big and with a specific theme. Neat and clean. Service impeccable. Very swift and employees always cheerful. Food at restaurant is tasty

The heritage house in jaisalmer is a delightful place to stay. The cozy and clean rooms are beautifully colorful, each one a testament to rajasthan art and culture. Every corner of the property is thoughtfully decorated with intricate artwork, adding a unique charm to the experience. The rooftop is particularly well-maintained, offering a perfect spot to relax. The host is incredibly friendly and humble, making you feel right at home. To top it off, the breakfast is absolutely delicious, rounding out a truly memorable stay. Highly recommended!

The hotel was located close to the fort, market and the lake. It was in a peaceful locality. The food was excellent and had it's aboriginal touch. Stay inside the hotel was homely. Had a feeling of a stay in typical rajasthan home. The staff were very hospitable.

Good stay, different experience, staff very hospitable. Rooms are big, it doesnt look like a hotel room but its house or haveli converted to rooms. Trabsitional look quite fascinating

The best hotel i stayed on my this rajasthan visit. A hotel is not just the neat and clean rooms, but the staff there. All staff, starting from the owner to even the cleaners are fully at your service. When we ask anything, they happily provides. ( many other hotels we stayed were first talking about cash involved before saying yes) this hotel never talk about money, but were eager to provide genuine service. The hotel ambience inside feels like we are inside a castle. Food is always prepared just for you, always hot and tasty. I am told that they close down the hotel, when their nepali chief chef go for vacation. That much importance they give for food. Only the road leading to hotel needs to be improved. But the hotel ans staff just makes to so special that u dont even feel otherwise.

I was a little skeptical at first about the hotel but they made me an admirer with their services in just a day. The way property is managed and maintained and the interiors are soothing and charming at the same time. The food was the best we had in kur entire 2 days in jaisalmer and the service exceptional. Kudos to the owner and staff who took great personal efforts in making our stay memorable.

Heritage house, jaisalmer is a wonderful hotel to stay with family. We stayed 2 days and we were served very hot and freshly made breakfast on both days. The staff is extremely courteous and responsive. The ambiance of the hotel matches the city’s heritage and felt very homely. On the whole our stay was very pleasant and comfortable in heritage house! terrace restaurant is an absolute delight to have your photos and look at the golden city.

I think the suite rooms were quite spacious and the bathrooms were also large. Options on breakfast were limited. Overall haveli feeling was there. The hotel staff was courteous emoungh to give us an early checkin & late checkout as we had afternoon flight.

It was an excellent stay for my family at heritage house. The property is well connected to areas like jaisalmer fort, vyas chhetri and the lake. Sufficient space to park your car and if needed, the staff is very supportive to help you find one too. The property is awesome. Perfect jaisalmer vibe for people looking to experience luxury with a traditional look. Rooms are very spacious and equipped with hot water, heater and all basic amenities. The food is very tasty too. We had a flight to catch and were running late for breakfast, so they packed it for us as well. I will surely recommend staying at heritage house, especially for families with elderly folks and kids.
