The room is good, it's quite spacious. Food quality is also satisfactory. However, overall cleanliness needs to be improved.

Staff is very amicable and kind. Thankyou for your service we liked it very much. Dilbar bhai cooperated with us. We reached before our time though he helped us very much.

We checked in around midnight, but unfortunately, the reception area was unmanned, with staff sleeping in the entry area. Throughout our stay, no one requested our id or updated the hotel registry, which raised concerns about security. The food quality was also subpar. However, the staff's behavior was supportive and helpful. Overall, our experience felt more like staying in a guest house rather than a professionally managed hotel. While individual travelers might find it adequate, i wouldn't recommend it for couples.

The hotel was very clean and the safari sent by the hotel was stunning. Dilbar was the one you attended as, he was very friendly.

The rooms are spacious, the location is off from the main grid, the rooms are fairly clean. Can't comment on food as the cook was off the service due to a health concern. Scope for bettering the property with some deep cleaning and keeping a sanitary fragrance in bathroom.

We had a pleasant stay at naman haveli. The rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was very co-operative. Location is good, easily accessible to fort and other tourist spots.

Naman haveli is nice place to stay with heritage elegance. Staff is very supportive. Well maintained. They guide you to explore new and places and provide transportation also. They can arrange tent night out as they have branches also. Overall nice experience.

I have no words about this hotel. Everything is perfect be it rooms or staff or food or the total ambience of hotel. This hotel is perfect in every aspect. You would get to eat meals so tasty which just tastes like home

Overall this is a good hotel. Rooms are near and clean. Room sizes are also the same as mentioned on mmt. The staff is very supportive. Food served in the restaurant is also tasty.

Our stay in naman haveli was excellent. We stayed for 3 nights. Dilbar bhai is very helpfully, he arranged our pickup and drop from station to hotel. He provided his vehicle for the tour and provided a good deal with a reasonable package, which included desert safari, camel safari and sights seeing. When ever required, he provided auto for local sights seeing also. We needed an extra day for stay, that also he provided with reasonable price. Food of the hotel is also delicious and the hotel staffs are polite. We had a very good overall experience in jaiselmer.
