Property is good. Rooms are clean and spacious. Bathroom was very clean. Rooftop restaurant has good ambience but food was average. No dedicated parking space available.

Hotel staff were talking and providing good guidance. Food in the hotel is very good compared to the process and quality elsewhere. Staff helped with luggage and also helped negotiate with auto and travel for desert experience.

The staff is helpful, i visited during the off season so, they will arrange the food from a good restaurant. Spacious rooms are available. They provide good and a decent stay.

Cleanliness and service very good staff polite. Location is in a market area. Jaisalmer is not a very cleanliness conscious city like indore. Rooftop restaurant. It is a haveli turned into a hotel.

The hotel is good, clean. Location of hotel is also very good. It is centre point of jaisalmer. It is a budget hotel value for money. Staff is very cooperative. We have breakfast on their rooftop. Good breakfast, tasty. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Nice cozy hotel. Rooms are decent. The rooftop restaurant has a nice view of the fort. Location might not be the best, but overall, for a short visit, this works well.

The hotel staff listens to issues, they are cooperative and the rooms are clean. However the only negative is that the hotel rooms at times make you feel claustrophobic due lacking cross ventilation as it is an old built jaisalmer styled structure. Rest all was good i. E. Food, roof top restaurant, lobby.
