No stay for all male visitors and still they accept booking. At time of checkout, you will be transferred to another camp which is more worst.

The property does not have basis facilities. Rooms are stinky and washroom are dirty. There is no proper staff support. No proper welcome of guest. Property seems ok type but not worthwhile basis the charges. Not recommended to anyone.

Rooms are not clean also washroom condition are very bad. Foods are average, we have not get the wow factor during our stay. We had booked 2 rooms and we rate 2 out of 5. We have not taken any snap for that

Disappointed by their ontime changing our stay to different camp to gujrat camp( beside royal jaisalmer) without informing us. It was not at all good stay, felt very sad.

Don't trust on everything which shows for the property as they are not verified by them as well. Very bad experience. The room, the food and the facilities was very poor. No electricity and no water supply. Nothing was same what they have shown

I guess one of the best resorts in seam desert. Mr. Kunal and his team is very polite and cooperative. Check time was 3 pm but we reach at 10 am, without any hesitation they gave us early check along with breakfast which was not included. They also charge very nominal for the jeep rides and camel rides ( must try if you are visiting sam). They take care of every aspect and deliver a 5 star service. The cultural program and dinner was great. They made our vacation very memorable. Thank you dk bhai, kunal and team

Washroom are not clean and even shower and exhaust fan is not working. Rooms are not clean, tv is not working, lots of lizard in room. Property is 40km far from jaisalmer.

Cottage was good enough service was below average, they were over booked so they dont care about anything, food was okaish, as my preference was jain food, i asked them for dinner ; in morning they said you had to made request priorly, as i already asked last night, and no water was given

Excellent stay here for 2 nights. Room service is also very good. All staffs are very cooperative and helpful. Cultural activities at night is also memorable. Housekeeping service is good.

The property is amazing. Everything is perfect from property to staff to food to experience. We stayed here for a day. The rooms were clean, bathroom was well maintained. The owner is so humble that he would make you feel like home. The owner, personally ensures that your stay is perfect. The guy with the jeep is him. Excellent location, great view from the resort can enjoy the sunrise and sunset from the resort. Highly recommended to stay and to meet mr. Dk. And kunal

Royal jaisalmer resort stay was very satisfactory. Food was very likable. Staff response was very genuine. Place location area view is good. Food chef satish kumar & services offered by kunal were very admirable. Thanks!
