include breakfast and dinner. l. They didn't offer breakfast and dinner. We need to search for food outside. Hotel guys have changed to another hotel stating it sold property. Thereafter they transfer to their one of group hotel.

if I am allow or option to grade in minus than i would go below than 0. There is no single service received as per described.
