Personally i didn't like the hotel even though they don't have the smart tv in their rooms and my hairs are colored and due to this some colors stain into the towel and for that they charge an extra amount. Next time i will never prefer this hotel.

I stayed at hotel imperia suites in jalandher on 27th november 2024. It was really clean and comfortable, checkin was smooth and they have complementary valley parking. It was overall very good experience. Thanks.

Staff non cooperative horrible room buffay always same no parking @ all valey staff was non cooperative

This hotel is pathetic and beyond disaster. The standard of this hotel is minus zero and the food of this hotel is pathetic and if you eat food in this hotel you will go to hospital. We did dinner yesterday night and it was terrible. The tandoori roti and vegetables are old and it gave immediately abdomen pain. Don't stay in this hotel if you want to survive

In food there is hairs is pratha, very unhygienic and tasteless food

Management is not good i had a room reservation with breakfast they denied and when i shows the message of my booking after 40 min they checked and allowed for breakfast, even food is not good.

The management side of the hotel wasn't good. Even after submitting complains there was no response from the hotel side for around 10 hours.

I recently had an amazing stay at hotel imperia suites in jalandhar. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and extremely comfortable, with top-notch amenities. The staff was incredibly attentive and went out of their way to ensure my comfort. I particularly loved the food at the restaurant, which was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. The hotel's ambiance was perfect for a relaxing getaway. Overall, a fantastic experience.

Best hotel to stay with your family moreover its a classy and comfortable. I found this hotel through MMT. Its located on a very convenient place as on road found it very easily through cab. Apart from that the staff is really nice quite expensive but really worth it. ❤️

I stayed there for only one night, the room was quite good but ac was not working properly at all. The outside temperature was 42 degrees even though there was no ceiling fan there because the room has a centralised ac. At night near 2. 30 ac totally turned off as if someone turned it off intentionally only ac fan was working. They should at least get their rooms properly chilled in the summer. Rest everything was perfect.
