Bed sheets had not cleaned properly, dust strains everywhere they might have not changed those bed sheets since 3-4 days, below average body lotion, soap also not up to the quality it was just they have placed all these things half heart-ed

Hotel rooms are pretty different compared to seen in the pics. Half of the lights in the room were not functioning. Room rent is too costly and facilities are almost zero. Bed was too small and hard springs will cause you backache.

My experience was horrible as the facility(hotel) was not as specified. The washroom was not in good condition, bath tub was broken and when you take bath the dust from under bath came out. When asked hotel to change room the didn’t ever bothered to help in this case. They just said it is what it is and they give very common reason that hotel is fully occupied. Moreover you can hear people talking in other rooms which totally disturbing. I am a frequent traveler and this is the worst hotel i have stayed at.

I regret to inform you that my recent stay at your hotel was incredibly disappointing. The wet towels provided on the first day and torn bed sheets were unacceptable. The quality of the morning breakfast left much to be desired, lacking variety and overall satisfaction. Furthermore, the reception desk staff's lack of warmth and failure to acknowledge or apologize for the poor services added to the overall dissatisfaction.

President New Court Hotel is found excellent for the stay of wedding party guest, we booked 2nd time, our all around 40 guests were happy with hospitality, excellent behavior of staff and management, i can strongly recommend to anyone. One of the reasonable hotel of Jalandhar 🙏

As soon as i entered the room it was stinking. The room was deluxe with free lunch / dinner and breakfast. But i was charged for lunch too. So i had dinner outside. No thanks
