The stay was so clean, quiet and nice. We loved the room space and cleanliness. Visit was great. Staff is so polite and they respect the privacy. Room heating is there. Recommend 5 star

Room was big but not cleaned properly, tv was not working, central ac was not working, room service was slow, only 1 lift was working. Overall average stay as per pricing. Food was okay but basic amenities missing in room. Has to call for room service for everything.

I had a terrible experience during my stay. The person at the reception, i believe his name is ansurpal from phagwara, was extremely rude and lacked proper manners while interacting with guests. I kindly request the hotel's gm to provide him with some training in etiquette to ensure that the reputation of the hotel is maintained.
