The hotel was good but i had a terrible experience with the housekeeping department. Whenever i call them for any service they haven't provided me with the services. The rest of the stay and other departments were totally admirable.

Hotel is good, hospitality is perfect, good is excellent. Only issue is check in time. It should be maximum 12. 30 pm since most of people preferred to be there between 11. 30 to 12 30. Further shatabdi also reached by 12 10. 2. 00 pm is very late. Hotel should be flexible on checking in before 2. 00 pm.

The location of the hotel was easy to find. The hardest part was the commuting to nearby places. Hotel staff was friendly but not good enough and doesn’t pay much attention to redress issues immediately.

Hospitality is poor, housekeeping services are average. The management of the hotel doesn't bother to check the rooms before the guest checks in whether there is any deficiency in the room or not. For example general cleaning, ac temperature, door bell serviceability and many things. Restaurant services are also average, which means they don't meet the class defined for the hotel. Food quality is good. We had an average experience at the weekend in this hotel.
