Terrible Stay

The hotel had pieces of broken glasses in the tub which could have caused serious injury and secondly there was no support in the shower. I will not recommend it to elderly people.

It was very old hotel in jalandhar and they have maintained very well. Above all stay, food, staff etc. Was excellent. Look forward to stay again

It's bad experience. When i leave hotel they charge me extra 1800 rupees for mini bar while they don't noticed me that's it's not included.

Property was good, food was also good enjoyed the stay at the hotel. Property was in heart of the city but still was very well maintained and peaceful

Peaceful hotel with 5 star experience

We had taken a break enroute delhi from katra and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the property and the services provided. We had opted for mahara suite that included dinner and breakfast and being a weekend, dinner was elaborate and very good. We got peaceful sleep because this properly is not one some main road, the interiors are well done. Bed is comfortable and they have best in line air-conditioning system.

It was so disappointing. Didn’t find the room to be super clean, service was poor. Room key card had issues, breakfast was not good at all and staff was least bothered

The hotel is nice and clean maintained with proper hygiene. Near to the bus stand just 8 to 9 minutes away. The staff is friendly and takes care of your needs. Food is good. Big fan of the cookies they offered with the tea every time.
