Very dirty and un hygiene place to stay. Even u can't take bath at this place because all bathroom was covered with gutka spilt. The room filled w beer bottles and food. Worst experience of stay. And zero response from hotel when u say to change room and cleaning.

Bed sheet was not clean had to ask for change to it. Also no complimentary water bottle provided. Shower not working properly.

Mostly for solo traveller's don't try this hotel. Around hotel area is not safe for anyone mostly for womens. Rooms was not properly cleaned

The room given to 3 of us were really small to start with, the toilet wasn’t clean. Even after asking them to clean, they didn’t. And the room was covered with cockroaches. Be careful if you order food from them, they will charge you falsely even after you settle the bill, as there are 2 managers it seems. Beware of the frauds.

Booked deluxe room, after opening room there was lots of cockroach. The room floor and bedsheets and pillow cover was not clean.

My colleague and i reached the hotel quite early in the morning around 5:15 am. Several attempts were made by us to wake the staff at the reception. One of them woke up, saw us and went back to sleep. Please note that we were two women in a completely new place, waiting outside this hotel at 5 in the morning. After 10 minutes, one of them woke up and asked us to come in - the lights were turned off at the reception and the men were in their vests, checking us in. This was an online booking and the entire amount was prepaid. Despite this, the staff said that we will have to check out by 5:30 in the morning the next day even though they have a provision for early check-in and check-out by 12 pm as per usual standards. This place is extremely unhygienic - their washrooms are dirty and it looks like they haven't been cleaned in ages. Their complimentary breakfast menu has only one item, which is poha. The entire time we were there, we felt extremely unsafe. The staff is unreliable and rude. We checked out in less than 8 hours - we did not even bother to ask for a refund.

The room wasn't clean and when asked the hotel staff to get it clean their behaviour was rude. So overall experience was pathetic.

No service, dirty room, charged for breakfast but only serve poha in 175- rupees, no one bottle water as complementary. Total waste of money.
