Not a great experience

Rooms didn’t have clean linen, were changed once we asked them to. No dustbin in the room, bathroom doors were dirty, and had a weird smell, lamps had a lot of dust. Ordered for tea/coffee and they were out of milk. The staff was polite whatsoever.

Bad experience

We booked room of standard ac room but since the hotel is completely full with marriage function they don’t have room, they asked as to stay in different room the image what we saw while booking it’s completely different we don’t have ac remote it was full of mosquitoes. No telephone to call reception. Not worth for the money we paid

Decent hotel. Rooms are great. Its getting renovated. Staff is courteous. Food taste is amazing. Breakfast is on time. Hot water is available. Clean & posh overall

I found the cleanliness of the rooms to be below expectations, which affected my comfort during the stay. Additionally, the quality of the food was not up to the mark and could use significant improvement.

Hotel was nice, ample of amenities, breakfast was also good, and the reception desk staff was very polite and helpful. Specially narayan sir took care of our stay and made sure that we face no discomfort at any point. I would definitely return to this property in future and also recommend to other travellers.

Rooms are great in size and aesthetics wise. Nice silent and peaceful place with descent food taste and quality. Offices are nearby and staff is also polite and readily upgraded us to larger room category. Recommend the hotel to all

Highly recommend for blissful stay

Its not that far from station. Near to city centre and can rest overnight in beautiful location. Overall all good. Amenities like ac and wifi were sound. Washroom and linen was clean. Hot water was continuous. Service was very prompt and staff was attentive. Its a good option for business travellers.

Poor Stay

The service was not at all up to the mark. The ac was not functional, the remote was not working. The room service provided new remote when we asked but still the ac was not functional, then the maintenance engineer changed some settings and then it became functional. The room was too small. The tea maker was provided which was out of order again when we asked it was replaced. It required too many reminders for the tea sache and water. The service was poor. The room had cockroaches which was again surprising for us. Only one good thing was the front desk provided temporary room as we reached the hotel two hours early. We did not take any photographs
