A disappointing experience

I recently stayed at the radisson blu jammu and was left extremely disappointed. The staff's unprofessionalism was evident from the moment i checked in. Requests were ignored, and basic courtesies were lacking. The room itself was a letdown, with noticeable maintenance issues that detracted from the overall experience. I expected a higher standard from a hotel of this caliber, but unfortunately, radisson blu jammu fell short in both service and accommodations. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and professional stay in jammu.

The location is good. The rooms are quite big! but oh man the service! i have never stayed in a worst radisson than this. 4 star! it shouldn’t even be given a star! hotels in paharganj have service!

The front office staff was inexperienced. The manager was good. The hotel was overbooked. Room was allotted with unclean washroom. Basic toiletries and remote were missing. Breakfast spread was good. Team was polite

Property is good. Dinner was ok as well as the bar. Breakfast, the water melon juice was very much water only, some dishes looked semi cooked. Staff however was hospitable

The property is beautiful, located on the highway. Rooms are decent and well appointed. Highlight is the food, in particular i loved the butter chicken and also the light music that they played along with the dinner at their restaurant.

Shower water is cold, water kettle is defective and not getting hot, iron not available, no one respond over call. It’s terrible.

Overall, my stay was comfortable. However, i noticed a few issues: there was only one highball glass in the room, and items like a laundry bag and slippers were missing. I ordered cold coffee with ice cream but received just cold coffee. The kadhai paneer was average and could use improvement. Additionally, the first bill was collected without applying the 15% discount, and i had to remind staff twice before receiving a corrected bill. Attention to billing and discount processes needs improvement. Thanks to the housekeeping night in-charge for their assistance and attention during my stay.

From the moment i walked in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, setting the tone for a wonderful stay i had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay

The hotel was good ambience wise but the service was terrible, i had dinner at the restaurant and i requested for water and never got it even after waiting for 10 minutes and i just walked out, also i had requested an airport paid drop for 8. 30pm and was made to wait 15 minutes for pickup. This is something i had not expected.
